The Board of Directors (the Directors) of Vallianz Holdings Limited (the Company) refers to the announcement released on 29 April 2026, announcement reference number SG260414MEET5OGK (the “Announcement”) in relation to the resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting. |

The Directors wish to clarify that there were typographical errors in the total number of shares represented by votes cast for and against Resolutions 7 and 8. This revised announcement supersedes and replaces the Announcement. Save as aforementioned, the contents of the Announcement remain unchanged. |
